What is QAS? QAS stands for Quality Assurance Service sponsor and was implemented by NASBA at the request of the Florida Board of Accountancy. Under QAS, self-study providers such as CCH, are held to a higher standard for developing and providing quality continuing education courses. Some states will only accept self-study from QAS providers.
